Take care of
yourself, MFR.

Military, Veterans, and First Responders give everything. It’s time to invest in the machine doing the giving. Your body came without a manual. We fixed that.

The Operator Manual

Health Education Resource

Your body came without a manual.
We fixed that.

Most health books tell you what to eat. This one teaches you how the machine works, so you can make your own calls for the next 80 years. Six chapters map your body to a vehicle you already understand: the gas tank, the computer, the engine, the fluids, the chassis, and the exterior. Then the 6 P’s turn knowledge into orders you can execute.

The Documentary

250 years ago, the military changed how America eats. About 1,700 troops lost a limb in combat in Iraq and Afghanistan; nearly 7,000 veterans in VA care lost a lower limb in 2019 alone, mostly to diabetes and vascular disease. A film with Radley Studios.
